Structured Designs have over 25 years experience in Commercial and Local Authority Works, working on frameworks and also direct with numerous local authorities in the North Wales area. We can undertake works from minor rennovations to major refurbishment contracts worth over 100k.

Our management team have extensive experience on working on commercial premises. From major factory fires to floods in local takeaway premises, we have the skills to take on projects from start to finish. This includes any high level cleaning or drying works and the complete reinstatement.  We also have close ties with specialist sub contractors who can assist us on more complex projects.

We also have vast experience of working on grade I and II listed buildings both privately and for the local authorities.  We have previously undertaken works on listed buildings up to the value of 500k.
