Our Partners

Most of our work is undertaken by our direct staff, who have been with the company for many years.  If we use subcontractors, we believe in working with a select prequalified list.  We usually sub contract Gas Plumbers, Electricians and some specialist floor works, but we welcome all enquiries from qualified tradesman.

What we expect from our partners;

1. A commitment to Health & Safety - We are SAFE Contractor accredited and CHAS approved and encourage our sub contractors to become approved with one of these schemes.

2. Respond to our tenders in the timeframe requested. If we can't count on you for a price we can't possibly give you the work.

3. High quality work. We compete on performance and quality; we expect the same from our subcontractors.

4. Open, Honest Communication. We expect you to keep us informed of potential delays, changes and coordination issues in a timely manner.

What you can expect from us;

1. Prompt Payments. If you bill us on time, we will pay on time.

2. Well run projects. We will run to schedule as much as possible and do everything in our power to aid your efficiency and production.

3. A Safe Environment. We are extremely proud of our safety record over the past twenty years.

4. Open, Honest Communication. Only by keeping you informed of progress and events which impact your performance can we expect you to perform your work efficiently.
