We provide Flood and water loss restoration services. Our management team can demonstrate significant and ongoing restorations since the late 1980's. These include every aspect of work, from small domestic repairs to complex commercial projects and public buildings. A history of significant contracts includes widespread flooding in both Towyn and Northampton, and the 2008 floods in Hull (50 houses renovated in 8 months). £2.2M (equivalent to £3.6M in 2025), plus, in 2014, we were involved in the cleanup and restoration of multiple dwellings in Rhyl after the tidal surge that flooded the North Wales Coast.

Structured Designs is highly experienced in Disaster Restoration. Whether it is a simple domestic escape of water in a domestic property or a major area flooding, we can provide a complete 'One Contractor' service. A significant proportion of our domestic clients are aged or have medical conditions, so we are experienced in evaluating their needs and providing additional support, often alleviating stress and reducing the workload on relatives. As accredited Dewpoint Drying Contractors (Distinction Level), you can have confidence in our skills and equipment to undertake any drying works required.

We undertake regular moisture surveys, and full records and reports aremaintained, with a Drying Certificate upon completion of drying. After the drying process is complete, we provide a complete flow of trades to ensure a smooth transition to completion.
