When other types of underpinning or ground stabilisation methods are required such as mini piling and resin injection ETC, we work in tandem with other specialist contractors.
In recent years, we have specialised in Post-Subsidence Movement Superstructure Repairs for domestic properties. This is where we repair cracks in walls, floors and ceilings after a property has stabilised and further movement has ceased. Our work repairs the structural weaknesses caused by past underground movement and reinstates the original building integrity. If a risk exists that a building may still be at risk from of some minor movement, we are able to upgrade the walls and structure to help resist the possibility of future damage.
