Our Origins
The origins of the business date back to 1987, when it traded as National Restoration. At the time, the business represented a pioneer of the 'Disaster Restoration' reinstatement sector, providing a specialist comprehensive Building and Contents Restoration Services in the North West, massively ahead of its time by providing a bespoke 'One Stop Shop’ concept.
The principal Director became highly active in the insurance repair sector, identified the concept of insurance networks, and developed the business model for Independent Inspections, a business now acquired by SBS Group, a model used by nearly all current insurance building network companies.
We rebranded in 2005 as Structured Designs, now predominantly providing Building Structure Reinstatement Services within a 30-mile radius of Chester.
Today, we are still a family-owned and operated business, now with over 35 years of experience.
Originally based in Chester, we later moved out nearer Wrexham.
