Comprehensive Restoration Services
Generally, we look to provide a comprehensive ‘One Stop Shop’ service, opposed to being awarded elements of a project, but we do work with other contractors when required, such as separately appointed strip-out and decontamination contractors such as Rainbow. Communicating with one single contractor who organises all required work has significant advantages to both the client and any Loss Adjusters who may be appointed by insurers.
Our Services
- Fire Restoration and Smoke Decontamination: Full 'One Stop Shop' services available.
- Flood/Storm: More widespread water damage caused by water entering properties from outside.
- EOW (Escape of water): Repairs required due to water damage from leaking pipes, sewers – above or below ground.
- Strip Out: Damaged building materials stripped out, ready for drying or reinstatement repairs. Structural assessment to determine if building stability has been compromised.
- Drying & Decontamination: Comprehensive services offered. Flood and EOW (Escape of Water) damage. Drying equipment installed, moisture levels monitored, Drying Certificate issued. Many hundreds of properties have been successfully dried to date.
- Cleaning & Sterilisation: Surfaces cleaned and sterilised, ready for building and decoration repairs. If necessary, swab sample testing to prove that harmful chemicals and biological organisms have been satisfactorily neutralised.
- Storm: Damage caused by high winds and heavy rain.
- Subsidence: Above-ground Superstructure structural crack repairs and strengthening, due to ground movement, subsidence, settlement, underground pipe leakage and tree root damage.
- Structural Repairs: General repairs and upgrading of building structures, including failed lintels, lateral restrains, thermal cracking, failed damp courses and waterproof membranes.
- Structural Damage: Walls and buildings. Generally, vehicular impact.
- Asbestos: Asbestos testing and removal as part of a project.
- General Building Services: Although largely Insurance peril repair specialists. We do offer full General Builder and Decorator repairs.
- Historical and Listed Properties: Experienced contractor in undertaking conservation repairs using traditional methods and materials, including Listed Building Consent applications.
- Furniture Restoration: French polishing, re-spraying, and repairs.
