We will assist the administration of the claim and advise you on the process of an insurance claim and the requirements to ensure that you are looked after in times of need. If instruction is direct, then we 100% act in their best interest and look at what you require, including any need for securing your property, reports and technical justifications to validate the claim, Alternative Accommodation, Subsistence Allowances, Storage of Contents, and we even record information to enable a refund of power and water used during the reinstatement work.
We can take on client H&S responsibilities. Most people do not realise they possess H&S responsibilities when employing a contractor, with hefty penalties if HSE become aware of a breach.
